How
the Photo Booth Works at Your Event
Our
modern designed photo booth boasts all the technological advances
of the digital age. The booths are portable and can be broken
down and rebuilt at the site. This allows us to set up almost
anywhere you choose to have the party! We use the highest quality
printers and paper in the industry. Coupled with hi-resolution
14.7 mega-pixel digital cameras, you can be assured your photos
will look great and will last for many, many years.
Operation of the Photo Booth at Your Event
At
your event, guests enter the photo booth. They can then select
from a wide array of fun and silly props that are supplied with
every rental. After closing the curtain, the start button is pressed
and the laughter and fun begin! They strike a pose for the camera
and the picture is taken. The picture is displayed on the monitor
screen in the booth and a few seconds later the countdown begins
for the next picture. Three more pictures are taken and then all
4 pictures are displayed on the monitor screen in grid form for
your guests to see. Your guests exit the booth and the instantly-dry
pictures are printed out in less than 30 seconds. New guests enter
and the laughter and fun begins again!
During the event, you and your guests are provided with an unlimited
number of pictures taken. Each session takes 60 seconds or so
to complete. A 4-hour rental could generate as many as 200 sessions,
depending on your event and the layout and flow of the venue site.

us a call so we can discuss if more than one booth might be needed.
Your event is important to us and we don’t want your guests
waiting for too long or not getting a chance to get their picture
taken and take part in the fun.
After Concluding Your Event
After
the event has concluded, we upload all of the photos to an online
gallery. Your guests will have access from any internet connection
and are able to view, download or copy any or all of the photos
taken at your event. (We DO NOT copyright any of the photos and
there are NO watermarks.) We also send you a DVD of all the photos
that were taken so making duplicate copies is easy and inexpensive.
Quality is very important to us. Beware of companies that offer
cheap, unprofessional, or make-shift “photo booths”
that use sub-par equipment that take substandard photos. We are
not one of those companies! Our photo booths are stylish, elegant,
and large, and with a movable/removable sitting bench, can accommodate
up to 6 adults or even a wheelchair! We strive to provide the

Options for your event
We
offer a number of options that you can choose. Plus, we will always
work with you to provide what we can to make your event a memorable
occasion.
We
can customize the layout of the pictures in a grid or strip form.
You can also add a banner to the photos complete with your own
artwork or we can design something for you. For corporate style
events, the company logo can be added to the banner. What a great
way to promote brand awareness at trade shows or conventions!
Another
popular option is a guest book or scrapbook. Double prints are
available. This allows the guest to keep a momento of the occasion
and to cut up the other to insert into the album along with personalized
notes. We supply the scrapbooking materials and you end up with
a scrapbook that you can keep forever!
We
also give you a number of different color backdrop choices. This
allows you to match the color theme of your event with the background
color on the photos.
Want
2 sets of prints, 3 sets, or more printed out at your event? For
a nominal per hour cost, we can make as many prints for each session
as you’d like. We also offer additional hi-resolution DVD”s
with all the photos.
